Johnny Osbourne

Johnny Osbourne was another integral part of Studio One’s hit filled resurgence in the early 1980’s. His hits like “Sing Jah Style” and “Jah Promise” were top dancehall hits and created the Sing-Jay style that was to became so popular. His output for Studio One is singularly impressive, and remains some of his best recorded work. But he has always remained relevant in the changing Reggae world, and will always be considered one of Studio One’s legacy artists.
